Welcome to Jus One Academy ("JOA"). By participating in our programs, accessing our services, or utilizing our resources, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with JOA.

Acceptance of Terms

Participation in JOA programs and using our services constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our programs or services.

Eligibility

Participants must meet each program's specific age, education, or professional criteria. JOA reserves the right to verify eligibility and deny participation if criteria are unmet.

Program Enrollment

  • Enrollment in JOA programs is subject to availability and may require payment in advance.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Participants must provide accurate and complete information during the enrollment process.

Payment Terms

  • Hourly rates for JOA services are $150 per hour, with a minimum session length of 2 hours per week.

  • Programs must be booked for a minimum duration of 10 weeks, with options to extend up to 32 weeks or run year-long.

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule. Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of services.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

  • Engage respectfully with facilitators, staff, and other participants.

  • Follow all instructions and adhere to program guidelines.

  • Avoid disruptive behavior that hinders the learning environment. JOA reserves the right to remove participants who violate these standards without a refund.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided by JOA, including but not limited to curricula, handouts, and digital resources, are the intellectual property of JOA. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

JOA will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our services.

8. Privacy Policy

JOA is committed to protecting your personal information. All data collected during program registration and participation will be used solely for program purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Program Changes

JOA reserves the right to modify program content, schedules, or facilitators as necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

10. Termination

JOA may terminate or suspend a participant’s enrollment for non-compliance with these terms or other applicable policies. No refunds will be issued for termination due to participant misconduct.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes arising from participation in JOA programs will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Maryland.

  6. Force Majeure JOA will not be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or technical failures.

By enrolling in JOA programs, participants agree to these terms and understand the limitations of liability and disclaimers outlined herein.
